Yoga with Alicia (In-Person)

Transitioning into an in-person practice on the Jersey Shore with existing community members and welcoming any new souls who find their way into our gatherings.  Classess are meant to be accessible to all levels with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility (physically & socially).

Classes will be held at 911 Main Street in Belmar, beginning Monday July 19th.

Monday's at 9AM and Wednesday at 8AM
